Hello! I am Isaac Robles, the agent behind the "Robles Realty" branding. I work with First Weber Realtors in Greenfield Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee but I live in the city. Working for the First Weber brokerage allows me to have a large network of dedicated, high-quality Realtors at hand for my client's needs and gives me a large sense of community within the company. I truly believe they are one of the best, if not the best, real estate brokerages in the Wisconsin area.

I've been a Realtor for a few years now, since early 2021. I pride myself on having that "new realtor" glow still, beaming with a fresh perspective and a hunger to educate the public and service my clients. I began in the Real Estate business when I was 16, working as an office assistant for a local property management company. I've since become co-manager of that company, graduated high school early to do some schooling at MATC for real estate, and finally became a licensed real estate professional the second I turned 18 and have been a Realtor since.
I've helped clients interested in single-family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums, investment properties, even commercial properties & vacant land. My clients feel confident in my expertise because of the quality of my experiences as a Realtor and the service I deliver.

I do not measure my success on the number of properties I've closed in the year, the price of the properties I've closed, or otherwise. Instead, I focus on my client's satisfaction. A wise manager of mine once told me while I was still learning the ins-and-outs of the business that "you are not in the real estate business, you are in the relationship business". That quote changed how I viewed myself as a licensed salesperson. Rather than measuring my success on the transactions I've made, I made it my focus to measure success on the quality of service I delivered to the people behind the transactions, no matter the final price range. You can have the confidence I will give you my best. Put me to the test!

Growing up in Milwaukee, I know this state (& market) like the back of my hand. I am committed to the community and the people in it.
